Multiple Songs From Banku Music artiste and B.O.Y Music Protege Ofego has bagged nominations at The 2025 Notable Africa Music Awards scheduled to be hosted this year in Lagos, Nigeria.
These nominations are coming after the huge success of Ofego's 2025 album D Girls Dem Daddy.
Ofego who won songwriter of the year, West Africa artiste of the year with Banku Bounce album at NAMA 2024 hosted in Accra, Ghana has been nominated for songwriter of the year again, Afrobeat Artiste Of The Year, Vocalist Artiste Of The Year, Heavy Duty off D Girls Dem Daddy album for Dancehall Song Of The Year, Body Body Banging for RnB Song Of The Year, Gbazaquin for Reggae Song Of The Year, both songs from D Girls Dem Daddy album and 247 100 Bars which was released in May 2025, the first single off Ofego upcoming album 1 Man MP scheduled to be released on January 13th 2026.
247 100 Bars features Therealbarrylane and has been nominated for Rap Song Of The Year while Ofego's record label B.O.Y Music which was nominated last year for Record Label Of The Year has been nominated again. Voting is ongoing via Namusicawards.com
Ofego who recently dropped the eighth single "Gbamsolutely" off his upcoming album 1 Man MP is set to drop the first single for "New School Banku" album "Let Dem Come In" produced by Ziggy BEATzzz, mixed and mastered by Mr Uzezi and featuring label mate DJ Chop Knuckle and B.O.Y Music with the official music video directed by SMOKEAfrica who directed Ofego's U Wrong and Gbamsolutely Official Music Videos.
